If requesting an interview, please know I rarely grant them. If I do agree, I only engage in long-form, respectful, intellectually honest discussions--whether podcast, print, or in person. Given the nature of my work--the era in which my novels are set, their topics, themes, and language--short, sound bite-type interviews do not serve anyone involved.
