All media rights have, at minimum, the following conditions:

-All projects must be filmed/produced in or near the place in which the story is set (MS Delta, Memphis, New Orleans, Latin America. If story is set in Tunica, it is filmed in Tunica).

-A commitment to hire as many "locals" as possible must be made. Even if they must be trained.

-Local artists/art, musicians/music must be used in final production.

Non-Exclusive Rights Contracts can be negotiated for both Student and Independent Filmmakers at little to no charge. Especially for student filmmakers. So, if interested, do not hesitate to contact Liz with your request.
